Falon Weidman is a program evaluator with several years of experience in the education sector. She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Pittsburgh, and her passion for environmental policy is rooted in her upbringing in Appalachia and her time living in the Federated States of Micronesia—both of which have shaped her commitment to addressing climate change. Falon is excited to bring her skills and experience to the federal policy team at Saving the Sea.
Outside of her professional work, Falon volunteers as a soccer coach and mentor for refugee youth in her community and participates in land stewardship projects in the area. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and sewing.
