Kiera Glazer 

Kiera Glazer, a junior at NYU majoring in Politics and American Studies, is a state-level Policy Analyst with Saving the Sea. Before joining Saving the Sea, Kiera conducted previous policy analysis research, including authoring a brief on the Artificial Intelligence Environmental Impacts Act. She has also previously volunteered for local environmental sustainability initiatives, most recently participating in efforts to keep the trees on the sidewalks of New York City healthy. 

Outside of environmental advocacy, Kiera works with Amnesty International USA as a member of their National Youth Collective, which aims to increase the role of young people within the organization, especially in internal governance spaces. She is passionate about human rights work, especially as it intersects with climate justice and sustainability.
