Shant Ispendjian 

Shant Ispendjian is the Founder and President of the Saving the Sea Organization. Shant founded the organization in early 2022 after finding a passion for environmental advocacy and sustainability. He is responsible for Saving the Sea’s expansion into high schools across Southern California.

Shant is a freshman at Brown University studying both International and Public Affairs and Environmental Studies. He is actively involved in his local government, serving as a Student Commissioner on the City of Glendale’s Sustainability Commission. Shant looks forward to the coming year and is excited to work with all the other amazing chapter presidents and members.
